Q: Is there a minimum term for service?

A: Yes, our standard care plans have a 6-month minimum commitment to ensure consistency, relationship building, and proper seasonal coverage.

Q: What does the onboarding process look like?

A: After an initial consultation, we’ll conduct a full walkthrough of your property, document systems and preferences, establish emergency protocols, and build a custom service plan. You’ll receive digital access to your property log, inspection reports, and concierge requests through our secure system.

Q: What types of services do you provide?

A: Our offerings are tailored to each property and owner, but include:

  • Routine home inspections & detailed reports

  • Seasonal opening & closing services

  • Emergency weather response

  • Vendor coordination & maintenance oversight

  • Luxury concierge services (chef, decor, fly-fishing guides, etc.)

  • Guest arrival preparation & VIP client hosting

Q: Do you offer 24/7 emergency support?

A: Yes. For full-service clients, we are on call 24/7 for emergency situations such as storm damage, water leaks, or alarm issues. We handle communication, coordination, and response swiftly and discreetly.

Q: Do you offer à la carte or one-time services?

A: Our model is relationship-driven. While most clients are on monthly care plans, we occasionally offer one-time services based on availability and fit. Please inquire for current offerings.

Q: What types of concierge services do you offer?

A: From stocking your home with your favorite wines and groceries to arranging private chefs, fly-fishing excursions, or arrival florals — we specialize in creating seamless, elevated Montana experiences. If it enhances your stay or simplifies your life, we handle it.

Q: Can you accommodate last-minute requests?

A: We do our very best. With a trusted local network and dedicated team, we can often accommodate requests within 24–48 hours. That said, advance notice ensures we can deliver the highest standard of service.
